Just North outside the gates of the tobacco factory. All the Thai food here is good but this place is known by locals for its duck which is truly excellent!! Prices are cheap.
For the same price as a large sandwich, fries and drink at a fast food restaurant, here you can have a 3 course meal at triple the quality. At lunchtime, (11:30-13:00) the main floor area is packed with Thais daily. I've seen, but never experienced, the upstairs dining room which, from what I understand, they open for dinner. This place has consistently great food.
