based on the positive reviews online, i had high hopes for this barbershop. while the owner seems great (he stepped in to fix my cut), the overall experience fell short.

first off, the welcome was cold and the service from the initial staff member was below average. honestly, it was one of the worst barbershop experiences i've had in southeast asia.

a simple buzz cut and beard trim shouldn't take an hour and a half! my head shave usually takes 10 minutes max, here it took over 30. the beard trim was even worse - uneven at first and i got nicked with the razor (which was then „cleaned“ with a not-so-fresh towel, ouch!).

the owner did jump in to fix things after a tense vibe with his staff member, and the final cut looks good (nothing super special though). but the struggle to get to this point means i won't be back.

to top it off, the price (700 baht) is steeper than other shops around. considering the experience, a discount would've been fair.

I’m sorry but I had to give this low rating as I had an unpleasant experience with this barbershop.

It was supposed to be my first time having a haircut here as I saw the good reviews. Unfortunately as soon as I arrived there, nobody was greeting me nor asked me if I had a reservation or something.

Understandably both of the barbers at the time were busy with their clients, but a little nice verbal greeting or a casual hello would be very nice to make a customer feel that they are welcomed.

Not a single word, they saw me coming in, but nothing, no interaction. I’m sorry but that’s just rude.

I guess that other reviewers mentioned about no interaction was right. Only difference is I’m not bother waiting, feels like they didn’t want me there. Walked out, and not coming back.
