When we attended Tandoori Hut on 17/03/2025 , I saw Mr Magen very active. I asked for him and he took the order. Recommended butter chicken etc all were very delicious. We were 3 persons he did not recommend the set menu which was very similar to our order. I was not aware of the set menu. Enjoyed the meal and left.
On my next trip on 31/03/2025 I was with my partner. We sat on a different table closer to the entrance. After ordering I noticed the special menu for two and in fact we ordered whst is close to the menu and Kess items. Had this been pointed out to us we would have had the menu. Before finishing the meal I asked Magen why we were not told about the set menu last tine and more so this time. His answer was we can have it nect tine I said why next time why are still here he agreed it was similar.
When we finished I asked him for the bill he sent someone else with it. Because I trusted him I did not check I simply paid by using my credit card. When I was out at another place shopping whilst paying for something else I spotted that I was charged not set menu as I agreed with the said manager at the Tandoori so I made a point of passing by to use their toilet. Left my partner outside was in for less than two minutes then we left. On the way driving to the hotel I was told the guy outside non Thai not sure if he has a work permit was chatting my girl asking where are you from basically making a pass on her etc when his job was to pull customers in not to make sure customers never return to that restaurant and more so share their experience. When I got to the hotel I phoned spoke to Magen about the bill he told me was too late to change but he never told me this when I was talking to him before getting the bill. I also told him about the unprofessional employee outside he told me he will have a word. Sadly I left my previous review before getting the bill. Magen wanted me to leave review with Google I told him I never done it before there I often do tripadvisor. Customers should never be pushed to write a review whilst eating and it is optional. Food is great at that place but I would not visit again because of the manager and his...

Read moreVery tasty Indian veg and non-veg food, best value for money and great service. We were at the restaurant on May 23 and 24, 2023 – a group of 8, so we ordered quite a few dishes! The portion sizes are well balanced to serve two, so order accordingly. For starters, we had Chicken Tikka and Panner Tikka, both were very tasty, quality of chicken/paneer was very good and spice level was just right (for non-Indians, please inform the person taking your order the level of spice you want and they will customize it for you!). The mix veg paratha filling is very tasty and doesn’t need any accompaniment, but we ordered it with chana masala and it turned out to be an excellent companion, a must order. Main course – The Kofta Curry was an absolute hit with all of us so we order on both days, very tasty and full of flavors. The mix veg sabzi and panner tikka masala were also very tasty, the veggies and paneer were fresh and of good quality, we paired them with crisp butter rotis and it was perfect combination. Last, we had veg biryani which was again very tasty – excellent closure to a hearty meal with stomachs full. A big thank you to the friendly staff and for quick service –Pankaj and Daya guided us through the menu and portion sizes, Chefs Sanjay and Mukesh customized our food just the way we wanted it, and lastly Chotu, the ever-enthusiastic guy at the entrance who encouraged us to try this restaurant. We will be back guys, even if its just...
