I bought a breakfast voucher from a Megatix. So, this review will be only for the breakfast.
Good to try but not the best.
I started with cold cuts and cheese. There are plenty to select from such as smoked salmon, smoked ham, parmesan, goat cheese and many more. Good ingredients here.
For the eggs stations, you can order it as you wish such as a sunny side up, scramble, thai omelette, egg Benedict, egg Florentine, and shakshuka. I ordered the egg Benedict and the shakshuka. Egg Benedict is great but not stunning. Hollandaise sauce is bland. For shakshuka, this one is the worst. It seems that they streamed the eggs with the sauce. I would not recommend this dish. Bland and watery.
Pork skewers are great with the thai style sauce but the chicken is "UNDERCOOKED". I don't know how this is ready to serve the customer.

I had the pleasure of trying the Khao Chae set at Flourish, Sindhorn Kempinski, and it was absolutely delightful. The jasmine-scented rice, chilled in fragrant water, was refreshing and perfectly balanced with the delicate side dishes—each crafted with precision and elegance.
From the stuffed banana chili to the crispy shrimp mango salad, every element reflected the heart of Thai culinary heritage. The presentation was stunning, and the flavors were clean, nuanced, and thoughtfully composed.
The elegant ambiance at Flourish made the experience even more memorable—peaceful, refined, and ideal for a quiet afternoon escape. Highly recommend this seasonal set for anyone looking to savor authentic Thai flavors in a luxury setting.

Food: 10/10. Loved it. Loved every single dish we ordered. We went back again in the same week, so enough said. It’s a small menu, but the Thai dishes were a hit after hit. We tried some middle eastern dishes the next day and would not recommend but then again this is a rating and review of the Thai menu.
Service: 10/10. Attentive, warm, helpful… all the staff were genuinely warm and very nice during the entire evening.
Ambience: 9/10. Excellent but not a 10 since it’s still a largish seating mixed cuisine restaurant in the afternoon...
