For all intents and purposes, this restaurant is an embarrassment to the hospitality industry.

You’d think something as simple as a pizza and some calamari rings would be edible when served by the worst of restaurants, but as we were about to find out, this was not the case.

The food, whilst delivered quite timely was blatantly pre purchased and thrown into a microwave or oven. It doesn’t take a genius to know when a pizza has been reheated after being in a cardboard box in the freezer for God knows how many days on end.

Don’t even get me started on the Calamari - disgusting and , much like its sauce-based buddy on our table , blatantly taken out of freezer packaging and reheated.

The thing is, all of this could be excused, had they not tried to pass off homemade soda water as prepackaged and safe for the consumption of tourists. Either they have a soda stream or some other sort of machine to carbonate their tap water.

The waiters at the restaurant are friendly enough, but the chef should be stripped of that title and barred from ever working in...

Thought this restaurant would have a great beachfront view but a large van parked in front of it after we began their bf buffet. Then we were told that the buffet was closing in 5 minutes. We were very upset because they didn’t tell us that when we walked in (their one sign was hidden in the back and obstructed), so we had to eat quickly rather than relax and enjoy our meal. It was an all you can eat buffet for 399b a person so reasonably priced. Four of their meal trays were empty (two dim sum, beans, and grilled tomatoes). No eggs except hard boiled, no local fruit like papaya or mango, all out of multigrain bread, and only one Thai dish. Maybe better selection earlier in the morning. ALL restaurants around 10am were either not yet open or were nearly empty. Low season so not crowded anywhere except Bangla...

Firstly this is in a great location. All the staff are super friendly and curtius. They cannot do enough for you, their politenes is exceptional. I spoke to many staff all super friendly. Nam, Chook, Bam, Nada, Rasa and Toi stood out to me with their etiquette and manners. We ate here for breakfast for the 7 days duration of our holiday. We would not hesitate to come back here and always felt welcomed by the lovely staff. Food was amazing and the choice was fabulous. Well done on the professional running of your organisation !!
