Exceptional Food and Outstanding Customer Service

I recently had the pleasure of ordering food from Ganda restaurant in Phuket, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I placed my order to the moment I took my last bite, everything was simply outstanding.

I initially tried to order through Grab, but unfortunately, my order was cancelled. Frustrated, I decided to give it another shot, but the process was taking longer than expected. That's when I decided to call the restaurant directly, and I was fortunate enough to speak with Sunny, who turned out to be a true gem.

Sunny went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did he take my order over the phone, but he also ensured that it was prepared and delivered promptly. To my surprise, he even offered me a generous discount as a gesture of goodwill. This level of personalized service made me feel right at home, even though I was miles away from home.

Now, let's talk about the food. The masala chai was absolutely amazing. Its rich and aromatic flavors were the perfect way to start my meal. My son, who is usually a picky eater, couldn't get enough of the chicken dumplings and garlic naan. The dumplings were tender and flavorful, while the naan was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Overall, I can't praise Ganda restaurant enough for their exceptional food and extraordinary customer service. Especially Sunny, went out of his way to ensure that my experience was nothing short of perfect. Do not recommend this place! Not sure how they have managed to get all 5 stars, raving reviews. Reply to the owner: On top of the bad food, there is a reply from the owner which is quite not true. I actually DID let your worker (a woman waitress) know that the food was not cooked well. Left tandoori chicken with the blood not touched. I paid 850BT, and finished the rice and watery chicken tikka masala as we were hungry after a long day and I really regret now as me and my kids having stomach issues!!! The food is not authentic as I used to live and studied in India for years, and I know what I am talking about! Naans are overpriced even for Patong area, almost the doubled price for the garlic naan. There are other Indian places where food is good, and naans are fairly priced in Patong. I got food poisoning from here!!! I ordered a chicken tikka masala which was bland and flavourless. I remarked to my boyfriend that it tasted like canned soup because it had no flavour or texture. The chicken was the worst chicken I have ever been served. The skin was still on my chicken and it was full of chunks of bone and blood clots.
