We came here for dinner to be really disappointed by the service and the food but let me start from the beginning. After a looong research for the right restaurant we arrived here. We ordered two butter chicken with steamed rice, one tom yum, two garlic naan bread and one grilled fish that we asked to be specifically without lemon or herbs of any kind. The first thing to arrive was the tom yum, and it was good, then the butter chicken, even that we had to ask twice for the rice since they forgot (same for the waters, asked even before the food). When the fish arrived, after opening it we realized it was full of herbs, after a bit we decided to call the waiter to tell him that we asked for one fish without anything so he said “no problem sorry” he went to talk with the waiter that took our order and that waiter had the guts to take the plate of fish from the kitchen and bring it again to our table, asking “what’s wrong with this fish?” We explained to him again and he went away with the fish apologizing. We took another steamed rice to eat some more and also another two garlic naan bread which then arrived with a hair in it, so we decided to not eat it since also the forks were not really clean from the beginning.. We finished eating and when we asked for the check they gave this to us (pic attached), 200 baht less for the fish that we didn’t eat, unfortunately the fish was 299 baht so...we asked why the difference, the answer from the manager was “because you ate a bit of fish”....at that point we said “how were we supposed to check the fish if we didn’t open it and tried it?” And she stopped to think for a second and said “yes ok now I give you back other 100 baht” and we said no and went away, cause the whole experience was already a disappointment, didn’t change anything the 100 baht more. I would give them 5 stars, but only 4 due to them allowing smoking. I was impressed. We stopped in impromptu based on it having many patrons (i.e. - looked popular) and we were looking for a seafood place. The service was very good. We ordered asparagus, "scallops" and a grilled fish. When we received the "scallops" and the asparagus we complained as the "scallops" tasted bad (they were some kind of clam) and the asparagus tasted spicy even though we requested non spicy. The manager immediately requested that the 2 dishes be replaced. A few minute later they came back with the asparagus and asked if we could try again as they did not add spice. My error as there was spice on my utensils from the "scallops". Then the waitress came by and suggested another dish to replace the "scallops" and when we received it, it was great. The total meal with a whole grilled fish, some great green lip muscles and a fresh asparagus dish along with 2 beers and a fresh juice was less that 1000 THB. In short this was great service, great food and reasonable prices. I was very impressed and will likely go back and would happily recommend this place. My only reservation on going here is that they allow smoking and strongly recommend that they rethink this as there are very few customers that smoke and they put off all other customers based on supporting a few that have...

Service was the worst! Shouldnt have trusted the good reviews. The guy at the door keeps yelling at people to come inside the restaurant even if there are no free tables. Therefore people inside are handed the bill really quickly so they can get them out and have more free tables. They are treating the potential customers better than the customers already sitting! Tables are quite close to each other. The next thing that bothered me was that the menu for thai food is only russian & thai, but not in english. The stuff seems to better speak russian than english. While ordering the waiter run away after ordering drinks, he didnt waited for me to order food. After I finally got to order food, they forgot our order altough he returned twice to ask if he remembered our order right. Food then was ordinary, but cheap. When I tried to wash my hands, the owner told me that they currently have no running water in town- the one thing I kept asking myself was then: How do they clean their dishes or even cook?
