The service here is really poor, I had a very long wait for my food, I could see that the wait staff were distracted and stopped paying attention to the food arriving in the dumb waiter. When served, the meal was no longer hot but sufficiently warm. The staff were apologetic but this needs to be improved.

The menu is good but nothing out of the ordinary, the layout is pleasant but still not finished, I could see workmen fixing some of the ceiling lamps.

No, that was not me, you seem to have more that one customer waiting for their food and 20 minutes would have been acceptable, it was more than double that and I was watching the staff, no one checked the dumb waiter. My meal was around midday, two weeks ago.

Been coming Pattaya 15 years and never eaten at this Hemingways restaurant, so me and my brother visited there two weeks ago l had Massaman curry after being convinced by the bar staff it's really nice, bit suspicious as they didn't know if chicken fried or baked for my Massaman now anyone knows it should be baked, then it arrived and first thought it's a nice colour then l tasted it, fried chicken no peanuts and spicy which Massaman is not a spicy curry no coconuttaste as it shouldbe, potatoes not cooked through so really hard to cut through with my spoon & fork so VERY disappointed, l thought hey! l will give it another go and went back had and tried the Massaman curry again as l was invited by the manager with my meal being free which l thought was really decent of him, unfortunately the Massaman weren't much different full of onions Massaman should not have onions, fried chick when should be baked, taste was nice thoe but 160baht it...
