Pier 21 Food Court at Terminal 21 Pattaya is one of my favourite places to grab a quick, tasty, and super affordable meal in Pattaya. So many options, good quality, and way cheaper than most mall food courts!
🍜 The Food: Huge variety — Thai food, noodles, rice dishes, sushi, desserts, smoothies, and more. Prices are really low (like 40–80 THB for most dishes) but the food is fresh and tasty. Perfect if you want to try different things without spending much.
🌡️ Weather & What to Wear: • Fully indoors with great aircon — no worries about the heat. • Casual outfits totally fine — it’s a food court inside a shopping mall, so come as you are. • Comfy shoes if you plan to explore the whole mall (which is pretty big and themed by country on each floor).
🎟️ How It Works: You can’t pay directly with cash at the stalls. First, go to the cashier counter and top up a prepaid card (easy and fast), then use that card at any food stand. Unused credit is refunded when you return the card.
📍 Location: Top floor of Terminal 21 Pattaya, right by the beach road. Easy to get there by songthaew, motorbike taxi, or Grab.
🔹 Tip: Great place to sample lots of dishes without breaking the bank. Portions are small enough to try a few things. Don’t skip the mango sticky rice or the fruit smoothies.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ – Great value and variety, but some dishes were average. Still one of the best food courts in Pattaya for a cheap...

This place is dangerously good – every floor is a different city-themed shopping heaven and everything is to die for. From trendy fashion and unique accessories to high-end beauty products and gadgets, the variety and quality are next-level.
What truly impressed me was how well-organized and immaculately maintained the mall is. Clean, vibrant, and spacious – with enough going on to keep you entertained for hours (and you will be here for hours, trust me). Each floor is themed after global destinations like Tokyo, Paris, London, and more – and it’s not just décor – the stores match the vibe, making the whole experience fun and immersive. After a long day of browsing (and spending more than I planned), we stumbled into Ali’s Signature – and wow, what a find!
If you love Indian food, don’t miss their biryani – rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The spices were authentic, the aroma mouthwatering, and the portion generous. Other Indian dishes were just as impressive – clearly prepared with care and traditional flair. Easily one of the best Indian meals I’ve had in Thailand. #Terminal21 #Pattaya...

If you're visiting Pattaya and looking for a clean, affordable, and air-conditioned place to eat, Pier 21 Food Court on the 3rd floor of Terminal 21 is a top choice.
Just take the escalator up to the third floor, the San Francisco-themed top level of the mall, and you’ll find Pier 21 in the corner. Head to the cash card counter, load credit onto a food card, use it to order at any stall, and refund the remaining balance after your meal.
Meals are extremely affordable—$2–3 USD gets you popular dishes like pork leg rice, beef noodles, or stir-fried meals. Fresh juices and smoothies cost only $1–1.5 USD. It’s not just Thai food—there are also Chinese, Japanese, Western, and vegetarian options, offering something for every taste.
The space is air-conditioned, clean, and has lots of seating. Service is self-serve, but fast and efficient.
