Everything's perfect, but why air conditioning is set to so low temperatures? I really have problem with my throat after sitting 1 hour here. All workers are nice, environment is good. But this cold air flow is coming from top and everywhere. I don't know it's set to how many degrees but looks like the fan speed is set so high, too. In fact this shopping mall is very cold. You say "Oh thanks God!" when you go outside. "My body will warm up" :)

I got similar feelings in security check area of BKK airport. It was "unnecessary cold". I began asking myself: "Is it only me who's being disturbed from that much cold air??" That moment i caught the temperature on digital screen of a 2 meter high air conditioning unit. It was saying 14.2 degrees!! Inside the airport. 14.2 degrees Celsius!!! Guys, these temperatures are so cold and so unnecessary, just waste of energy. Unnecessary use of energy, and very unhealthy. Here also so cold. I don't know if Starbucks has individual settings for air conditioning system separate from Terminal 21 or not. They must have. So guys, please set your air con temp to something more reasonable. If not possible, please talk that topic with Terminal...

To re-phrase ot redefine the concept of review for this particular outlet for the purpose of finding something that is not up to its standards. When it comes to food and beverages qualities, cleanliness, comfort, friendliness, I think we all agree Starbucks ticks all the boxes. Therefore, I have nothing to complain about other than 2 minor procedural issues, the first is when the cashier asked for my name to register in the system, when I couldn’t see a purpose for that. And the other was I didn’t know when my order was ready if it wasn’t for my friend reminding me to check myself. Other than that, Lovely as usual. I will always visit Starbucks again and...
