I have stayed here at OZO North Pattaya for 3 days 2 nights and now wishing that I could've stayed a little longer. The room I got has a billion dollars view from the balcony with the whole view of Pattaya beach. Don't even need to mention about the sunset moment. MAGNIFICENT!!! The room was spacious and clean. I love the fact that the bathroom was big enough for up to 3 people to be in at the same time. Girls night out? getting ready together is perfect!
Only took me less than 3 minutes to walk out off the hotel to catch the 'song teaw' = Thai little truck, bus that takes you to the whole street of bars, restaurant and clubs. Super convenient for guests who are party animals like me. Cost was about 20 baht not so sure but definitely cheaper than catching car taxi.
Another best part about the hotel was their huge swimming pool. They also have kids pool with slide...I tried as well although they are only kids advised (Not more than 120 kg) The pool was right next to where you will have your breakfast so it was really convenient for people who don't swim just wanna sit down and chill in the area. They also have lots and lots of tanning beds...unfortunately at that time of my stay, it was gloomy due to the storm so I did not get to spend time tanning. However, they do have a giant chess board (if you enjoy chess like I do) where you can battle with friends or the hotel's GM.
Their gym is extremely new and well equipped with space for HIIT or any other exercise besides weight trainings and cardio work out. You can do your own exercise at the space they provided for you. From the treadmill you get the view of the pool. Perfect if you are a gymrat like me!
The breakfast was excellent although I would leave this for OZO team to consider having 'corn' added at the salad station. Thank you in advanced! Thais love corn in their salad. It was slightly packed in the morning around 9am so I advise you to come earlier to avoid huge crowd.
There were so many things that really impressed me that weekend and the list go on and on but OZO North Pattaya's general manager, Khun Thomas Ehrhart was someone that I would like to thank especially. He was the key person who runs everything so smoothly and set such a great example for the team. No doubt why OZO is always fully booked by tourists. You don't see GM goes around taking plates, closing umbrellas, welcoming the guests to the breakfast handling gloves, walking around with the smile on this face literally 24/7. This definitely reflects the whole picture of the hotel for sure.
Again, I am just a tourist enjoying few days in Pattaya who happened to be so lucky to find this absolute gem...did not mean to make this a long reviews but I think is important we show appreciation to people who deserve it. Thank you OZO team and Khun Thomas for making my trip so memorable. I am recommending this hotel to anyone who's reading this...if you are doubting where you should be staying for your visit to Pattaya? You are at the right place :)...
Read moreThis hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable such as the receptionist, Khwan, LEK and others at the room services and breakfast. We were family group and had booked 3 rooms got upgraded to sea view.
Checkin was comfortable and early Checkin was granted. Thanks to OZO management. The prime location is just a short stroll from the beach and conveniently accessible. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options to satisfy every palate.
We were captivated by the stunning sea views from our room. The proximity to Terminal 21 shopping center and the pattaya beach was an added bonus. We highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience in Pattaya either single, couples , honeymoon or family groups.
The only draw back is from Indian guest with noise and unprofessional or respect with other customers. Otherwise everything was great 👍
During my recent family stay at OZO, an unfortunate incident occurred where one of my children accidentally spilled coffee on the bed. Initially, we were shocked to be charged 4,000 BHT for this mishap. After discussions with Manager Sesi, the fee was reduced to 2,500 BHT, which we appreciated.
However, I must express my disappointment with the initial charge. A 4,000 BHT fee for an accidental coffee spill seems excessive, especially considering it exceeds the daily room rate. This experience left a negative impression, and I believe such penalties warrant greater transparency.
It would be beneficial for guests to be informed about potential charges upfront, perhaps during check-in or through clear communication in the room. Being surprised with a warning letter and a hefty fine is not ideal.
While I acknowledge that accidents happen, imposing such high penalties could deter potential customers. It raises concerns about the overall management approach and leaves guests feeling apprehensive.
I urge OZO to reconsider its penalty structure and ensure better communication with guests regarding...
Read moreMy friend recommended me this hotel - she sent me the pictures and I didn't hesitate to make a booking because they appealed me so very much and look extremely inviting. The check-in was swift and the male staff was very informative and professional. The room is equipped in a minimalist style - not too much but it has everything you need in the room. The highlight was the view!!! I got the room with the exact view in the ad of the hotel. I felt so lucky to have such a great view that I almost didn't want to leave the room!
The television and its selected channels are great, featuring local and leading foreign choices such as Deutsche Welle from Germany or CCTV from China. Another perk is that I can cast the programme from my smart phone (Youtube and Netflix) on the screen too. Love this feature very much.
The breakfast was served by the pool with a quite serene atmosphere. The place was clean and we were asked to select our dishes from the list. I could perfectly understand that the choice had to be limited since the COVID 19 epidemic and you can't blame the hotel or any restaurants for that matter. With the exceptional service, we quite enjoyed the meal.
In the afternoon on the second day, there was a loud noise from the construction staff for hours which I personally found disturbing. It was so loud that I could not sleep. I noticed the front staff that this should have been informed the guest, after that I didn't hear any single loud noise again :D
All in all, I have to say that the hotel and the staff have impressed me A LOT! Everyone and everything make me want to stay longer and come back...soon. Thank you for the effort and this nice experience we have. You did...
