NOT A SINGLE COMPLAINT! We stumbled across this little hole-in-the-wall establishment by recognising the celebrity co-owner and were lured in by the prices and vibe. This was probably the best pad thai that we had on the trip. I had the pork pad thai - the pork had been grilled to perfection and combined with the well-balanced springy noodles, was divine.
Overall great food at a great price point (also the presentation was amazing with it being served in a stone bowl which helped the dish maintain its temperature while lending itself to the aesthetics of the dish).
Not only was the food good, but the atmosphere was quiet, chill, and vibey. Stepping into this restaurant was like stepping into a completely different world from the outside hustle and bustle of bangkok. Service was quick, and the waiter was extremely accomodating and checked in on us often. He also had a great grasp of English which we also really...

Yeaaaaaaahhh baby!!!!
Thanks to this little cute gem of Bangkok. 6 months not being able to drink proper wine in South East Asia yet. WE WERE THIRSTY and we were not disappointed 🥹 We still feel the shivers of excitement from our first sip of liquid gold. The place is very intimate and charming. Service was very attentive, a little too much … dont worry my waiter friend you are doing good 👍 We were quite surprised of the amount of references on the wine list. Well known wineries and some ovnis also awaiting you. The food was actually pretty good as well. A party for our tastebuds! Really happy to witness the natural organic wine scene opening in Bangkok as few new places are emerging here and there in the city. Really hope that the this trend will become habit for the Thai palate, become ever greater...
Read moreGreat place with great wine and food in a part of town more known for it's less than stellar tourist restaurants/bars.
They have a great natural wine list by the bottle or by glass, as well as homemade yadong that was surprisingly refreshing.
The food is on par as well, and 79 baht for a padthai of this quality can't be beat. Don't forget to order their excellent beef Khao Soi as well!
The staff are very attentive and professional, as well as being able to answer any questions you may have about the wine or food.
If your in this part of town, forget the riverside tourist-trap bars/restaurants. Take your pictures of Wat Arun, then head straight to Mayrai for the real deal when it comes to...
