OCCA'S — Restaurant in Phra Khanong Nuea Subdistrict

Occa's is located underneath building B of the Somerset Ekemai hotel offering some real treats for lunch and dinner and serves as breakfast space for the hotel in the mornings. For dinner we had some of the signature dishes such as the Umami Bisque which was delicious, Lamb Linguine and the 200 gram Sirloin steak which both were very well prepared and accompanied by two side dishes; mashed potatoes and a salad which are ordered separately. For breakfast we agreed both that these were some of the best cappuccinos we had in ages. So good! Breakfast was included and as expected a large buffet with plenty of Western and Asian food choices. For 320 baht, the salmon on toast was mediocre. The girl behind the counter is talking so loud and complaining and yelling. So unprofessional and when no one came to take my order, I went up to the counter and she said you order at the table and someone will be there.. this happened twice.

I think they literally only care about white people and their money. I think it's cause I was speaking Thai. The rise of these type of people who only cater to foreigners are just a disgrace. The food... Was not even good.
