Average Stay

  1. Check-in . Smooth . Was handed only a door card . Only after a few days when we asked for another then was handed to us .
  2. Room . Room was nicely decorated . But a bit too dim . TVs has around 30 over channels including one movie channel that has supposely dual language . But unable to change due to remote may be set unable to change ? Hotel need to realise that in order to attract international travellers who are english speaking . Able to change the setting of dual language to English will be better .
  3. Bed . Bed is comfortable but pillow are way too soft to have any support . Not easy to have a good night rest especially for the first few days . They need to invest in better pillows .
  4. Bathroom . Only overhead shower . No hand-held shower . Plus the temperature of the shower is a little hard to control . Its either slowly getting too hot or just cold water . Shower gel is provided .
  5. Room Amenities . No bedroom slippers , no shower cap , no toothbrushes , no toothpastes , etc etc etc . No mini bar . There is a small fridge however which is quite cold which can stored all the cold beverages that were bought from outside . There are plastic cups in the room as well as in the bathroom . Towels and wardrode hangers are provided . And there is a safe in the room .
  6. Staffs . Staffs are averagely friendly . Some of the days they greet you some of the day when you came back they dont . A bit inconsistency there . And some staffs greet you with no smiles . Service and staffs friendliness can be improved maybe by training to treat all guests/customers as same irregardless .

Goodpoint to take note . Hotel provide a laundry and dryer place which makes it easier for travellers . And there is a pool table and a big tv at the common place . There is a restaurant beside it . Never got to try it . Tried the bar though . The drinks are not that fantastic . Can be better . Location is fairly good as its near chinatown or yaowarat . There is morning market and night markets with stalls . Delicious food . But getting taxi is very difficult . Used grab all the time and can be costly when...

Location is great as its near to MRT station (Wat Mangkon). Around 8-10 minutes walk from the hotel. Always look for a hotel near to MRT if you would like to save some money. They have GrabCar/Grabbike but taking the public transportation is much better to those who don’t mind walking :) Some of the guests that have left a review said the hotel was soundproof. But the room reserved for me was not. I can still hear the vehicle noise, but good thing the air coming from the aircon can filter out the noise from outside. And also you can hear guests closing their door, talking or walking in the hall way. Service is great. I’ve borrowed an adapter because I forgot to bring extra charger (220V) and also when I’ve requested a clothes iron, they immediately brought it in my room. They lend me umbrella too. Weather was hot outside. Also if you need any help to find a taxi, they will look one for you and tell the driver your destination. I had some challenges to talk with drivers / other locals bcos some are not able to speak English. My room was cleaned well. No molds or whatever which I always notice on other hotels. They have bidet. I mentioned it here bcos I saw other tourist said that other hotels don’t have one 😅 They provide free drinking water as well. The pillow and bed sheet smells clean cos other hotels have smells like sweat. huhuIf I plan to visit Bangkok again. I will definitely book...

I found this hotel to be quite nice overall. I stayed for two nights during my trip to Thailand as a walk-in guest. On the first night, I stayed in Room 621, a family room that was the only one available. It was on the top floor, spacious, and clean, with three individual beds. However, being surrounded by windows made the room quite hot, and while it had air conditioning, it didn’t make much of a difference. For the second night, I switched to Room 503 because I preferred a matrimonial bed and a more cheaper option. This room was better temperature-wise and quieter, as it faced an internal yard. The lamps and the room phone were glued to the nightstand, leaving little space for charging devices overnight.

The location was fantastic for me, within walking distance of Chinatown, plenty of restaurants, and other hangout spots. The area felt safe, although the presence of many girls interacting on the street during the day and night might be off-putting for some. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean. The check-in process was quick, professional, and efficient. I appreciated that the staff allowed me to check in early - I was exhausted from my flight. The location, comfortable beds, cleanliness, and attentive service made for a decent stay. I would recommend this hotel for a convenient and comfortable place...

Thank you so much for wonderful 9 days of stay at your hotel. Check in time was 2 pm but we had reached the hotel by 8am with 22 month old baby. We had requested a little early check in. The receptionist was so kind and said we could use their common lounge on the second floor to rest up. Use washrooms andale coffee. She said she could try and give us our room by 11 am. So we spent 2 hours in the lounge and then we went to explore Bangkok/ Chinatown area. Luggages were kept in their storage place. The room was very comfortable for three of us. I did carry a blanket to put on the bed as we had a baby and was worried there would be any mess on the bed. So that was really helpful. Loads of vegan/ vegetarian restaurants nearby. 7-elevens were of great help. We ordered food via grab too. Close to bus stops, MRT station and just 1.1km walk to pier too. Location was great because we wanted to be close to Vegetarian festival which happened in Chinatown. Our flights were at 9.30pm and we had to check out by 12. Again we requested little more time and were given time until 1pm. Then again we could use their lounge and luggage storage service. The door man/ security was always smiling and super friendly. All cleaning staffs were great. The receptionists were all such nice people. Overall I recommend this place!! ❤️

W22 Hotel Chinatown Bangkok - a small hotel with stylish rooms and convenient facilities W22 Hotel Chinatown Bangkok is a three-star hotel that opened in July 2019, with a total of 171 rooms. This hotel belongs to the Burasari Hotel Group, which is famous for its boutique hotels, and Shanghai Mansion Hotel, one of the representative hotels in Chinatown, is a hotel of the same line. The hotel is located 350 meters from Yawalat Road, the main boulevard of Bangkok's Chinatown, and is a new young boutique lifestyle hotel. W22 Hotel Chinatown Bangkok is a three-star affordable hotel, but amenities such as surprisingly comfortable beds and common rooms considering the needs of guests are beyond expectations. The cozy and trendy W22 by Burasari combines casual, urban style with traditional Chinese residential atmosphere. It is an ideal hotel for travelers who travel alone, friends, and family. W22 Hotel Chinatown Bangkok has 7-Eleven as a nearby facility for guests. However, if you go to Yawalat Road 350 meters away, there are many restaurants, coffee shops, dessert shops, and shopping shops, and Sampeng Market 500 meters away, which is good for shopping. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet place, so it's good for a quiet rest.
