The Chocolate Factory is a delightful, aesthetically pleasing café and restaurant that truly lives up to its name.
From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by beautiful decorations and a carefully curated color scheme that enhances the entire dining experience. The interior design is cozy and inviting, with soft, earthy tones that complement the natural element of fresh flowers scattered throughout the space. These little touches of nature give the restaurant a refreshing and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing meal or casual outing with friends and family.
The menu offers a variety of options, although vegetarians may find the selection somewhat limited, with fewer than ten vegetarian items available. However, the quality more than makes up for the limited options. The hot chocolate is a must-try—rich and indulgent, yet surprisingly not overly sweet. It has a smooth, velvety texture, and the minimal sugar allows the true cocoa flavor to shine. The truffle soup is another highlight, bursting with earthy, savory flavors that feel like comfort in a bowl.
Service at The Chocolate Factory is excellent. The waitstaff is attentive, ensuring that your experience is pleasant and that you’re never left waiting too long for your food. They maintain a friendly demeanor while being quick and efficient, adding to the overall positive experience.
Additionally, the café features an on-site shop where you can purchase a variety of chocolate-themed products, from decadent truffles to chocolate-flavored snacks, making it the perfect stop for chocolate lovers. With its great ambiance, delicious offerings, and attentive service, The Chocolate Factory is a delightful spot for a memorable...
Read moreVisited it recently with friends. Food is good. For food I would give 5 starts.. (we ordered smoked salmon stuffed with crabmeat, sausages with mashed potatoes and fried calamari with tartar and Wasabi sause. All my friends were happy with their food choice.) However, desserts were bad.im sorry, but only 1 star because of it. It spoiled all our first impression of this place.. That is why it will be 3 starts overall. We ordered Tiramisu: it supposed to be Mascarpone cheese but taste of it was weird and color of that "Mascarpone" was kind of pale orange! (I'm very picky in regards to Tiramisu, it's my favorite dessert, Im ordering it everywhere in the world.. And this one was one of the worst! ) . Also we ordered cheesecake. I'm also familiar with recipe and how it supposed to be cooked and tried different variations of it. I would say it wasn't real cheesecake at all. Panacota was not so bad, but I think only because of fruit sause. Chocolate cake : I don't like..the quality of chocolate and bisquit in it was low in my opinion... But from all deserts above, it was better than others. Prices not cheap.. So because of desserts, our experience...
Read moreNever fails to dissapoint my wife and I or our children. Great food, excellently presented with good service and amazing chocolate and desserts.
I had a Truffle Carbonara Ravioli which was fresh, balanced and with the right amount of cream and truffle. I balanced this with a delicious crisp Greek Salad with fresh olives and yummy feta. My wife ordered a Nam Prim which she was dissapointed with due to lack of authenticity but her other dishes, Thai seafood salad and a beef soup she rated. My kids shared a pizza and the staff allowed us to pay for one but split the toppings because my daughter wanted plain and my son was happy with salami and sausage.
Whilst we waited I pre ordered chocolate pieces from their selection.
We all had dessert and it was hard to chose, I went for a "I love chocolate" and my wife and daughter shared a chocolate Fondue. My son who doesn't like chocolate had a yummy vanilla ice cream.
Service and food standards remain high and the atmosphere at Christmas time was so nice. Will be going again!
Highly recommend. Also make sure you download the app for the points and free...
