大中鱼翅 Taitong Shark Fin — Restaurant in Si Lom Subdistrict

What a great place to enjoy sharkfin and collegen seafood.

This very traditional classic Teowchiew liked Chinese restaurant was located perfectly in front of Robinson Shopping Mall.

Attractively high score good reviews by customers, lures me to try their cuisines.

Not regret that they serve great sharkfin in Claypot 红烧鱼翅 and many others collegen food 高胶研蛋白美食。

Quality is high and price is not cheap but very reasonable indeed. We order whole sharkfin at 1500 baht, with the abalone and crabs meat. Great flavor and delicious. A worthy order.

Secondly, crispy fried fish maw with ham, ginkgo nuts and black mushrooms 炸魚鰾. It was very unique and fresh. Good flavor with great wok-hey. Worthy try for first timer.

Lastly, their crabs fried rice. Is a must try dishes. Great wok-hey superb cooking skill, you can taste the crabs sweetness and freshness especially you can see the whole pieces of crabs meat in the rice. Yummy. 😋

Conclusion, a very worthy visit. Will definitely come back again for my next Bangkok visit.

First time trying this restaurant today. The food was amazing especially the brown broth (with some vinegar and pepper). Service was excellent as you don't need to order one portion each pax. Nobody is judging you on what you ordered. Besides that, I would like to thank the owner and his son for the help. It was raining heavily after we finished eating. Delicious shark fin and crab cake in Bang Ruk area. You can travel by BTS to Sathon Tai Rd (Sathon Nuea Rd), Bang Rak and take easy walk to restaurant. Nice and clean with air conditioning, good service at affordable price.
