Newly built Swensens, beautiful interior uniformed like every other Swensens. Tried the pancakes for the very first time and while they tasted delicious initially, the pancakes started feeling hard after a few minutes. The chocolate given with it taste cheap and very synthetic. It was almost inedible. Otherwise, Swensens is my fav icecream parlour but i guess it’s safe for me to stick to their sundaes and….toasts...

Girl staff are nice and lively but manager in the red uniform looks too serious and unfriendly to customers and her own staff. Felt uncomfortable with it. 5 stars to...
