ကျနော့်ဘေးက လူတစ်ယောက်က ချော်လဲကျသူကို သတ်သေဖို့ တိုက်တွန်းသံကြားတော့ ကျနော်အကြီးအကျယ် အံံ့သြသွားမိသည်။ ထိုစဉ်တွင် မြို့လယ်ခေါင်ရှိ အကြီးစား LED screenပေါ်တွင် အင်မတန် ဆူဖြိုးဝအစ်နေသော လူဝကြီးတစ်ယောက်၏မျက်နှာ ပေါ်လာလေသည်။ "ကျနော် မြို့တော်ဝန် ဦးဆန်းဝင်း ကြေငြာချက်တစ်ခုထုတ်ပြန်ပါမယ်။မကြာသေးခင်အချိန်က လူတစ်ယောက်ဟာ အရှက်တရားမဲ့စွာ ချော်လဲခဲ့တယ်လို့ ကျနော်ကြားသိရပါတယ်။ ကျနော့်ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ၊မြို့ရဲ့ဂုဏ်သိက္ခာ အင်မတန် ကျဆင်းခဲ့ရပါပြီ။ ချော်လဲတာမကောင်းကြောင်းကို ကျနော် အကြိမ်ကြိမ်သတိပေးခဲ့တယ်။ချော်မလဲရအမိန့်ကိုလည်း ကျနော်ထုတ်ပြန်ခဲ့ပြီးပါပြီ။ အခုလည်း ချော်လဲထားတဲ့ လူ့တိရိစ္ဆာန်ကို ပြင်းထန်ှတဲ့အရေးယူမှု လုပ်ဆောင်သွားမှာဖြစ်ပါတယ်။” ကြည့်နေကြသောမြို့သားများမှ မြို့ဝန်၏ ကြေငြာချက်ကို လက်ခုပ်တဖြောင်းဖြောင်းတီးပြီး အားပေးကြသည်။ မြို့ဝန်လူဝကြီးက သူ၏မိန့်ခွန်းကို ဆက်ပြောသည်။

"မြို့သူမြို့သားများခင်ဗျာ… ချော်လဲတယ်ဆိုတာ အင်မတန်ရှက်ဖို့ကောင်းပါတယ်။ ကျနော်ဆိုရင် တစ်သက်လုံးမှာ တစ်ခါတောင် ချော်မလဲခဲ့ဘူး။အဲ့ဒါကျနော့်ရဲ့ စောင့်ထိန်းခြင်းပဲ။မြို့သူမြို့သားများကိုလည်း ကျနော့်လို အမှားကင်စင်သူဖြစ်ဖို့ အမုန်းခံတိုက်တွန်းနေရခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။”

Screenပေါ်မှ လူဝကြီးပျောက်ကွယ်သွားပြီ။ ထိုလူဝကြီးအတွက် တီးပေးသော လက်ခုပ်သံများလည်း တိတ်ဆိတ်သွားပြီ။ ချော်လဲထားသူသည်လည်း အသက်ဝိဥာဉ်ကင်းမဲ့သွားခဲ့ပြီ။ ထိုသူ၏ ဝဲဘက်ရင်အုံမှာ ဓားတစ်ချောင်း စိုက်ဝင်နေသည်။ဓားရိုးကိုမူ တင်းတင်းကြပ်ကြပ်ဆုပ်ကိုင်ထားသည်။ သူ့ကိုသူ ထိုးသွင်းလိုက်ဟန်တူသည်။ ကျနော် ပတ်ဝန်းကျင်ကို တဖန်ပြန်ကြည့်လိုက်ချိန်မှာတော့ လမ်းလျှောက်နေသူ တစ်ယောက်မျှမရှိတော့ပါ။ အားလုံးဟာ ရောက်ရာနေရာမှာ ရပ်တန့်နေကြသည်လေ။

မြို့သားတွေရဲ့မျက်လုံးကို ကျနော်သေချာထပ်ကြည့်မိသည်။ဘာဆိုဘာမှ မလုပ်ရဲအောင် ယုံကြည်ချက်မဲ့နေသည့် မျက်လုံးများ။ ဘယ်သူတွေများမှားမလဲဆိုပြီး အပြစ်ရှာကြည့်တတ်သည့်မျက်လုံးများ။ အားငယ်စိတ်ပျက်ဖွယ်။ရွံရှာထိတ်လန့်ဖွယ်။

“WAITED 1 HOUR!”

Went to this restaurant on 22/11/2020 after reading various of great reviews. I was so dissatisfied with my experience. Reached the shop at 17.24, waited for the tables to be cleaned and sat and ordered, there were 2 tables before mine waiting for food. Afterwards came three more tables. Almost half an hour passed, I realized that a table which came after mine got his food and is already started eating. I told the staff that we haven’t got our food yet and that we came before the other table, not only he not give a second though and check the que, he told us the food is in process and we are in que. 18.30 the rest of the table after mine got all their food. My table is still empty, not even a drink. Frustrated and hungry, I told the staff that i have been waiting for almost an hour and that i came in here 17.24 what’s going on. The staff then went to the kitchen and rushed back to say that the que was missed and we have to wait 10 more mins. Without much choice (as i have smt going on afterwards), we waited for the food and it came in 10 mins as he said. Wasn’t satisfied with the food too tho, after waiting an hour, see the picture my “rice with bbq lamb” which cost 1 hour and 350 baht. Not coming back by any chance. Btw, while i was eating, no...

Like the busy streets and alley ways of Pakistan, the way to get to Khan os a bit of a journey in itself, but once you arrive (and if its your first time here) one of you have to jump out and ask for directions to the parking-lot amongst the chaos of a one street lane. One of the staff will then hop on the motorbike and designate you to the parking-lot a few 100m away.

Once you are settled, the staff comes with the menu, which offers a diverse array of classic Indian/Pakistani foods, such as Butter Chicken, Biryani, Hummus, and Palak Paneer, so we got a few different options as shown in the pictures.

All foods really do taste homemade and amazing, all curries packed a good flavour punch, while the rotis were crunchy on the outside, while retaining its chewiness. As I don't personally have a high spicy tolerance, I had to order a mango lassi to wash everything down and to get a rest of sweetness from the intense flavours.
