When all we’re thinking the trans reception has bad attitudes, wait till you meet that awful bar man. He hardly greets people BUT when the boss around he would work extremely hard and show his best! I visited Heaven sauna in Warsaw - Poland on the 24.5.2018 when I went out I found I ve lost 150 euros ( before I entered the sauna I checked the amount of money I had with me and put them in 3 different places, they took some from each place, so im 100% sure they - the people who work there have stolen my money) . I rated 2 stars for the frontdesk operation. I came here on Sunday around 4:30pm. When I entered, the chubby receptionist guy(or girl I can't tell) said something in Thai which I did not understood. I gave him/her 200 bahts, he said something in Thai again then switch to English " Sit down please" so I took my money back and sat down. I thought they ran out of lockers so I need to wait til someone checked out. Then 2 other guys came in and said something, he took their money and gave them some kind of ticket.
