If you are a fan of pork offal dishes, I highly recommend trying their pork offal rice noodle . It truly gave me a taste of home.

I ordered the large portion, and they were very generous with the meat. I carefully counted and found six different cuts: lean pork, pork stomach, pork liver, intestines, pork heart, and crispy roasted pork. Every ingredient was fresh and well-prepared.

The soup base is made with white radish, giving it a naturally light and sweet flavor. The rice noodles are thick Thai-style rolled rice noodles, where each strand is wide and slightly curled into a roll. They have a soft yet chewy texture.

Absolutely fantastic food- menu is not extensive but the roast pork rice and kway (rice noodle soup) we tried were both very good. Nice and clean dining environment.
