Baitong needs to be on the Michelin watchlist for their Guay Thew / Sukhothai noodles. Absolutely sensational and full points to the chef who is a bawse of a lady.

Incredibly well balanced, the perfect match for humid Sukhothai, and a balanced meal. Even their chilli powder, combined with coriander if I'm not mistake was a great add to to increase the heat to your comfort. This is a smartly made dish, perfectly created with the produce grown locally and the weather it has to be consumed in. I'm grateful I was able to eat here. It's a meal I won't forget in a long time.

Unbelievable place! We landed in Sukothai tonight and stumbled across this hidden gem. The staff can't do enough for you. We wanted vegetarian food & the staff told us we could choose any item on the menu & they would ensure it was a vegetarian version of the dish. Quick affordable local restaurant. I ordered the shrimp fried rice and added some prik nam plah (chili fish sauce). Delicious! It’s a straight forward place to come and eat. There is nothing fancy just delicious home cooked meal. The staff was friendly and my food was served fairly quickly. In total I spent about $6 USD or $200 Thai Bhat. I had an iced green milk tea and fried bananas to go.
