If you are an asian then be ready for substandard service.. French couple running the restaurant. Husband had attitude folded in his sleeves, he was so attentive towards all french and italian guests but kept ignoring us. We kept complaining about delay in delivering our order and they were like other guests orders were earlier than us but it's not true because we saw other guests coming later than us. French fries came after one hour and asian curry chicken came immediately after that and when we asked for 4 separate plates for family 4 of us owner insisted to share from 1 plate how is that possible because we had Rice to go with it and we were to share.. Panini and Spaghetti came later.. Basically no systematic sequence serving of food. Spaghetti and Panini came half cooked. We simply being on holidays didn't wanted to spoil our mood on being asking them to return or cancel because this guy was already very negative with us. Co-owner (lady) could guess our dilemma and immediately came to apologise but husband kept insisting and forcing that their food is best and worth the wait. Minus 1000 score! I can't leave a review of the food because the food order was placed over an hour ago and it's still not here. There were so many other orders going out to other people, and we were just left waiting, not sure why. Is it because we weren't European? We ordered a shot of vodka and a can of sprite and get a can of sprite and a bottle of water. I know they're are many people from Myanmar working here in hospitality but this is beyond ridiculous. We had to try and explain what we wanted by google translator constantly. Hoping the owner sees this and actually does something!! Very very slow service, so the morale to the story is "don't take the free sunbeds" you'll get zero service. 😕 We went to see the owner and he was just interested in chatting to the young girls in bikinis. I wonder if his wife could see him? Mai the manager was wonderful, and when I explained what happened to our food order, she quickly sorted everything. Nice place for a drink and a day out. The beach is pretty and all the staff are amazing.

However, the food is pretty average if you are used to tasty Thai food. The food is actually very average.

Ordered a few dishes. The most dissaponted dish was the pad krapao sea food as we got a frozen squid like the one you can buy at the supermarket. How can you not offer fresh sea food on a beachfront location on a popular Thai island?

Chicken skewer plate 300 THB served without salad pretty strange. To be honest, for a French owner, you would expect a higher standard.

Besides that, the pizza was good. Great taste.

Anyhow, it's a nice place to have a drink and perhaps to have a snack or 2 but nothing more.
