Noir Cafe Bistro — Restaurant in Surat Thani Province

I measure a restaurants ability to be considered exceptional through consistency. When you come to Noir, you will be met with a courteous and friendly staff. (Except one particular individual, who is totally rude, and should probably find a different line of work!)

The owner is friendly and understanding and is welcoming.

I’ve eaten there consistently for the past 10 days now. Sometimes breakfast sometimes lunch occasionally dinner. Every dish I order is exceptionally prepared and again that mark of consistency has been met for me every time!

I am a super fussy eater. I don’t like to eat out because I find a lot of restaurants have poor quality food. That is just not the case here!

There were only around 8 tables with customers when we ordered our food and drinks. Almost an hour later, the food had not arrived. We made complaints several times.

When the desserts ordered by the table beside us arrived, we became angry. We ordered a salad at least 20 minutes before their desserts were ordered.

One of the staff (who looked like a senior staff) explained to us that they had to finish the orders of other tables first before the kitchen would start preparing food for us. If I did not misunderstand her, that means we would never get our food if customers on other tables who arrived before us added more orders.
