Just walked pass and choose by random Me and my friend ordered some simple dishes 🤢 Pork soup was still raw and the minced pork salad got clay inside The owner came to check after we paid and didn't say anything 🤢 And my friend said we were gonna get diarrhea for sure and that's true I can't sleep all night and the next day I have to go to check at hospital food poisoning because of "unhygiene"

🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

🤢 Also I don't feel a good vibe from here outside 2 old women. They were fought and she hurt herself Other tables are just watching like a show... In the restaurant, maybe he is son of the owner got an argument with his mom We were shocked about the situation that happened 🤢 I really don't enjoy eating here I'm Thai and I know how clean the restaurant is so trust me stay away from tourist...

TLDR; dishes were very sweet and no trace of spicy could be found. Staff was nice and efficient. A 5/10 at best, not authentic at all.

Not impressed by this place. Prices were reasonable and staff was very nice but food was far from great. After reading the different reviews, we decided to give this place a try and ordered stir fried morning glory, yellow chicken curry, pad thai chicken, shrimp cakes and 2 Cokes. Came at about 550TBH. In short, not a tingle of spiciness which makes me think they try to cater to the foreigners coming from all the hotels around. Curry was sweet which is very surprising but not bad. Pad thai was mediocre, shrimp cakes were bland and the accompanying sauce tasted like honey instead of the usual Thai sauce for that kind of dish. Stir fried morning...

Been going to this place over a few years, it's a family run resturant run by a working mom they used to have a little baby hanging out at the resturant which made me remember this place. (For those of you who support women run businesses)

Food is prepared in front of you and is fresh and hot. The dishes are of authentic Thai flavor compares to the other vendors on this street. My personal faves are Khra Pao Gai with fried egg on top, stir fired water spinach (Kang Kung), Tom yum and Thai Iced tea with milk. Friendly staff and professional to solo female travellers.

4 stars only because of small space but totally worth my visit every time due to friendly and warm service combined with good food.

Remember to take cash...

Find flowers in your Thai tea and stir fried morning glory, which I called “the beauty on the plate”, makes your culinary experience feel different with other place in Bangkok. This small resto offer you a good service, clean, nof smelly, and comfy seata (I recommend the inside area) for the customers. No wonder a lot of them stay longer after eating. I ordered a plate of jasmine rice with fried egg, crispy pork, stir fried morning glory and a glass of Thai tea. Although they were the tastiest food I ever tried, but still acceptable. I love the freshness of stir fried morning glory.

The owner Suzy speaks English and a little Cantonese (pleasant surprise!). Originally wanna go there for the fried chicken in pandan leaves, but they said out of stock, along with quite a few dishes such as raw oysters, little disappointed. However, Suzy was v accommodating to get us grilled squid which was not on the menu and mango shake without any sugars. The dishes were tasty, though the fried veggies (mimosa?) was quite salty. Esp like the grilled pork collar, very crispy on the outside and juicy inside.

Good portion sizes, the Tom yum took a while to arrive and was much more sour than any other I have had in Thailand, it was also starting to separate which made it look not very nice. The mince dish was huge but was mainly rice and not enough meat to match, the flavour was lacking a bit and it got boring after a while. Spring rolls were filled with only noodles. The fish cakes and the papaya salad were very nice.
