Daeng Racha Hoi Tod (Oyster omelette) — Restaurant in Talat Noi Subdistrict

The classic place for the Oyster Omelette in Yaowarat. Daeng Racha Hoi Tod is restaurant very popular among the local people, which been here in Yaowarat for more over the century. They are known for Hoi Todd or Oyster Omelette, which you can choose between Oysters and Mussels. There are two famous menu, Aor Lua the crispy omelette and Aor Suan a bit soggy omelette with both of the are topping with fresh oysters. The Oyster Omelette is very astonishingly delicious, especially Aor Lua with their secret batter mixing with eggs it make the tasty, the texture is real crisp with the fresh oyster it a good combination.You also can boost the flavor by dipping it with sweet chili sauce. Hoi todd or the Mussels omelette also delicious, it a dish for people who don't like the fresh oyster. It similar dish but a bit different in flavor and texture of mussel and oyster. Daeng Hoii Todd is really amazing place with flavorful and good quality dish, price here is very worth it not too expensive and serving...

Came here just shortly they opened, and already they are cooking for takeaway orders for at least 50packets I would say. Hence, the staff told me I need to wait half an hour, which as fine, as taking time to digest the tom yum noodles at trokrongmoo.

The base is crispy and they gave a lot of oysters, which is way too value for money and I think is a bit too much. My plate was THB80. Loving the fresh sprouts cooked in it, as it cut the greasiness of the omelette and kinda tasteless but fresh oysters. The oysters are literally add on after the omelette is cooked, but not added in as part of the cooking, which I might prefer a little cooking/coating to it...

วนรอบที่​ 3 แฟนเราพยายามมองหน้าอากง​ เจ้าของร้าน เรียกเขาว่า​ ป๊า ป๊าครับ​ ผมของจอดตรงนี้ได้มั้ยครับ​ มาทานหอยทอด​ พูดอย่างนี้ 3​ ครั้ง

เขาจึงยอมออกมา​ แล้วพูดมึมมัมนิดหน่อย​ แล้วมาขยับที่กั้นออกให้

ถ้าคุณเป็นคนใจเย็น​ ใจดี​แบบแฟนเรา​ ก็เอารถไป​ แต่ถ้าไม่จอดรถไว้ที่อื่นเถอะ​

ฉะนั้นคะแนนความสะดวก​ และน้ำใจบริการ​ ไม่มี​ดาวให้

ดูเหมือนไม่ง้อลูกค้านะคะ​ แบบว่าร้านอยู่มานานมีลูกค้ามาบ่อย​ ๆ​ ตั้งแต่สมัยเซลล์​ชวนชิม ถ้ารู้ก่อนหน้านี้ว่าติดเชลล์ชวนชิมจะไม่มาเลย เพราะไม่เคยเชื่อถือตรานี้อยู่แล้ว​ 😅

ความหลังตั้งแต่เด็ก​ เจอร้านไหนติดตรานี้​ ไม่เคยอร่อยโดนใจซักร้าน​ 😤

ติดที่แป้ง​ เขาจะเป็นสไตล์​แป้งกรอบเบา​ ๆ​ ที่ผิวด้านนอก​ ตัดเนื้อแป้งออกมา​ แป้งจะยืด.. หนืด​ ทำให้เห็นว่าด้านในไม่กรอบ​

ถ้าใครชอบแป้งทอดแนวนี้​ คงชอบ​ 👍🏻

ได้น้ำซุปมาถ้วยเดียว​ ขอเพิ่มอีก ก็หันมามอง​ แต่ไม่ให้ 😅 เอ้า​❗ไม่เป็นไร​ เรากับแฟนก็ส่งน้ำซุป​ ข้ามที่กั้นบนโต๊ะ​ ไปมา​ ขำอ่ะ​ เดินทางมาแต่เช้าเพื่อมาเจอการบริการแบบนี้่​

เอ้าน่าไม่เป็นไร​ ถือว่าช่วยเศรษฐกิจ​ในช่วงโควิด​ ปี​ 2021
