Jok Samui (Branch1) — Restaurant in Talat Nuea

I forgot what those fried things in my picture are called, but get this : you get them seconds after you finish ordering, fresh out of the fryer! Jok on the other hand takes time to wait but that's par for the course. It tastes... legendary. Couple it with some of their hot drinks and you have yourself the best midnight meal ever in Phuket.

The only odd part being their opening hours. You can eat at midnight, go to sleep and still wake up on time to have another...

It's a place that sells ramen boiled in a pot, not cup noodles. You can add eggs to ramen as a standard and add toppings such as pork minchi, liver, and lungs. It's cheap and tastes good, so I recommend you to go there. They also sell white porridge and fried Thai donuts. A Lot of Thai people seem to breakfast like this. So the store closes at 10 a.m., so you'll have to go early...

The food is very delicious, the meat in their rice porridge just melts in your mouth and soup is packed with flavor. This restaurant has 2 locations actually, one on this marker and another a bit further up the street that opens during the night until 10 am.
