⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I’ve been a long-time fan of Roots since their Sathorn branch, and I can confidently say that the new Ratchatewi location maintains the same high standards. The coffee here is consistently excellent, with a wide variety of menu options that cater to all tastes. Their pastries are also top-notch, making it a great spot for a coffee and a snack.

One thing I really like about this branch is that it’s bigger and offers more than just coffee. You can find some cool merch like tote bags, coffee machine capsules, and tumblers—definitely worth collecting if you’re into that sort of thing.

The location is another big plus. It’s right near BTS Ratchatewi and is connected to the Asia Hotel, which makes it super convenient to get to. The interior is also beautifully decorated, adding to the overall great experience. Good location and good vibes cafe but the staff are horrible and ignorant. I was looking at the menu at cashier counter decided what to get but then one lady came and cut the line ordering her order. The staff not even ask me if I am ready to order or ok if they will get her order first. Then ask them why they let that lady cut the line three times but they ignored me not even sorry or open their mouth and say something to me. Especially short lady at the cashier counter she is completely ignored me when I talk to her and show me her face with attitude so I decided NOT to order anything because I don’t want to support a business that full with unprofessional staff!
