Shinkanzen Sushi @ Samyan Mitrtown — Restaurant in Wang Mai Subdistrict

I actually look at this restaurant quite sometime. But the most disappointing me is atmosphere 😕 and quality of food.

Food Quality: I was ordered Bento lunch box. Which the service staff were ordered but the kitchen team might forget and take care the buffet line instead. Therefore it take almost an half hour to serve. Once the food box came. The rice were cold but the beef is hot. I didn't say anything as per hungry.

I was order eel for a plate. I asked it was whole body or an half of it. They confirmed whole body of eel. However the thing arrived with six pieces of eel as compared with my other experience from reviews of Japanese restaurants. They provide suitable with prices pay. I just avoid to comment there many kids are working as path time job.

But just let you know that fare treatment for buffet and a lar cart should look of it...

poor and very slow service. All servers aren’t attentive and never walk around to check whether all customers get their food or not. The restaurant has changed to paperless ordering service yet the service is very poor, it was worse than before. I have waited more than 20 minutes to get my first dish (it was a small piece of sushi coming out from the kitchen. I would recommend the restaurant manager to divide the tasks for each server because I saw a lot of servers standing at the front of the store dealing with delivery orders and at the cashier. Tried with my Thai friend because it was popular and almost full of local customers. We ticked the order sheet and passed to the waitress who brought a wrong sashimi. In fact they mixed up the order sheets with other customers in total chaos. As a Japanese national, I can say the quality is extremely bad for egg rolls being sweet like sugar bar and grilled eel tough like chewing gum.
