You&I Premium Suki Buffet (Samyan Mitrtown) — Restaurant in Wang Mai Subdistrict

We came past 4pm, this is our early dinner. Though they offer buffet, we chose the set menu. The abalone soup was out of stock, so I just ordered the tonkotsu soup base. I was impressed by the quality of their meat and their price is not that high considering the good quality of meat and other ingredients.

Though the staff have a hard time communicating in english, they tried hard to understand us and respond properly, they are very polite. The chicken karaage was only for the buffet but when we asked the staff if we can order that as an addition to our meals, instead of just saying no, because it's intended for the buffet package, the staff asked the manager and the manager agreed to give us that plate of chicken karaage for 70.00 thb. We really appreciate that. Though I find the table small and the spaces between each tables. We will return to try the buffet next time. It will be difficult for a PWD to enter with a wheelchair because of the small spaces between tables.

Update: 1st review was 4 weeks ago, then edited today. We decided to have the premium buffet this time for dinner and this time it has almost 2 hours limit and I noticed that even if you order 4 to 5 types of meat, everything will not be served at once, it's ok if the time interval is not that long but it was more than 30 minutes and actually some were not served at all but I informed them about it and they apologized. The Chicken karaage last time was very good but this time I was not able to finish what I got because some of the chicken was raw. This ice cream included in the premium buffet was very good but be sure to order it 30 minutes before your time expires ( that note is there in the menu) the rice & noodles beside the chicken karaage was not also good. I gave them a 5 star in my first review where we ordered set menu, but when I tried their buffet, I lower it to 4 stars based on my experience.

Update: 3rd visit today June 16, 2025 We had the Premium Buffet again. The service did improved, every meat we ordered was served in shorter time. Staffs are still very polite, they deserved an upgrade to 5 stars which was only 4 stars before. The place is also very clean. But still 4 stars for food only because of the very hard fried beef that I cannot even chew properly and also the rice and noodles beside the Chicken Karaage is not really that good. ไปถึงตอนเปิดร้านมีพนักงานต้องรับมาพูดคุย ถามเรื่องโปร ถามเรื่องเมนูอาหารมีอะไรหมดบ้าง น้องบอกเมนูฟักทองชีสหมด ก็ตัดสินใจกับแฟนเข้าไปกินเซ็ต 898 บาท

เข้าร้านมาเป็นโต๊ะแรกเลย นั่งริมหน้าต่าง เนื่องจากสถานการณ์โควิด เค้าไม่ให้ลูกค้าเดินตักอาหารนะครับ ต้องสั่งจากพนักงานเท่านั้น มาถึงนั่งเสร็จ พนักงานต้อนรับก็ส่งต่อให้พนักงานในร้าน ผมกับแฟนก็สั่งเต็มที่เลยครับ ปกติของการสั่งบุฟเฟ่ต์เซ็ตแรก555 ผมสั่งซุปหมาล่ากับต้มยำกุ้งน้ำข้น แฟนผมสั่งต้มยำหมาล่ากับหูฉลาม น้ำซุปหมาล่าคือหมาล่าแบบไทยๆ ไม่ใช่แบบจีน ใครสายหมาล่าอย่าคาดหวัง ไปกินซุปอื่นดีกว่า ซุปหูฉลามถือว่าดีไหลๆ หลังจากน้ำซุปมา ก็มีเสียงเพลงของหุ่นยนต์เสิร์ฟอาหารที่ต้องมีพนักงานเดินมาหยิบเสิร์ฟ (เสียงแอบน่ารำคาญ มีเรื่อยๆระหว่างนั่งกิน) อาหารมาตามภาพเลย หอยนางรมไม่ค่อยสด วากิวนุ่มดี ใบพายก็ดี เป๋าฮื้อหวานดีกลางๆ กุ้งไม่สดมากแต่ก็ตัวใหญ่ดี นอกนั้นเฉยๆ

แต่ประเด็นเลยที่ทำให้ไม่ประทับใจสุดๆ คือพนักงานรับออเดอร์จดไม่ครบที่สั่ง ไม่ทวนรายการ จำนวนผิด ต้องตามอาหาร ยกตัวอย่างเช่น บัตเตอร์ฟิชสั่งตั้งแต่ครั้งแรก จนครั้งสุดท้ายก่อนหมดเวลาเกือบครึ่งชั่วโมงก็สั่งอีกเพราะยังไม่ได้กิน สุดท้ายหมดเวลาแล้วเรียกเก็บเงิน พนักงานยกบัตเตอร์ฟิชเดินมาเสิร์ฟ งงเลย เตาปิดแล้ว เก็บเงินแล้ว มาเสิร์ฟตอนนี้ สั่งไปตั้งแต่แรก บอกตรงๆ โมโหมาก แต่ตอนนั้นคิดว่าช่างมัน ครั้งแรกและครั้งสุดท้าย จริงๆมีอันอื่นๆอีก อ่ะ ยกตัวอย่างเพิ่มอีกอันละกัน สั่งเป๋าฮื้อไปครั้งแรกก็มาปกติ พอสั่งอีกครั้ง รอไป20นาทีไม่มา ตามกับพนักงานผู้หญิง รอวนไป ครึ่งชั่วโมงไม่มา ตามกับน้องพนักงานผู้ชาย รอสักพักจนจะหมดเวลาเพิ่งมา

แต่ถ้าใครไม่โดนแบบนี้ก็คงโชคดี หวังว่าใครที่จะไปก็ลองดูสาขาอื่นดูเผื่อจะดีกว่านี้ ผมคงไม่กินร้านนี้แล้ว...

2 times eating lunch here and every time is a terrible experience. The first one is arguing with customers about changing white rice to fried rice. The second one is today 14/11/24. We came to the restaurant at 11:50 done order at 12:00 but til 12:50 still can't enjoy our lunch because they served really slow, they bring all of the items separately, and the meat is served the last. How we supposed to eat without meat? And staff are crumbling, dont proatively to ask the customer what they need. So upset with the service...
