During my recent visit, I experienced unsatisfactory service. When I approached the cashier to place my order, I was told that no one was available to assist me. However, I observed at least three staff members present. Despite this, I was informed that they were all “busy” and that only one person could eventually take my order later.

Even after I walked up to the counter, the cashier reiterated that there was only one person available and I would need to wait. At no point did any of the staff demonstrate a service-oriented attitude or willingness to assist. Feeling unwelcome and unattended, I decided to leave without placing an order.

This reflects poorly on the restaurant’s customer service standards. Basic attentiveness and courtesy are essential, and unfortunately, neither was present during my visit.

I must express my disappointment with the quality of service during my recent visit. It is advisable not to arrive early; service quality appears to improve later in the day. Upon dining, I found that both the staff and the manager seemed to disregard my requests, displaying a lack of service orientation. Additionally, the rice was undercooked, rendering it difficult to chew. There also appears to be a notably high turnover of staff, which may be indicative of the overall quality of the establishment. We already went here twice for dine in, the 2nd time today. We liked their dark roast Hot Americano Coffee, not watered down taste. We ordered the Signature Breakfast on our first visit, the avocado, arugula salad, the cold cuts and smoked salmon was very good. The 2nd time, today, we ordered 3 types of flat bread and they were all good,, ingredients just blend in perfectly, that gives that satisfying flavors. We also ordered Ceasar Salad, Sunny side up eggs & sausages, Omelette and the bowl of mixed fruits was just a good breakfast choice.

The staffs are polite and very accommodating, I hope they keep on smiling, really makes every visit more pleasant. The place is clean.

Update: First review was 2 weeks ago. Today I just add more photo from our 3rd time visit. We love their fruit bowls with yoghurt. and I asked permission to take a photo of this lady staff, because this Cafe earned their 5 stars in Service because of this pleasant lady. What a horrible experience. The Coffee Club used to be my favorite Sunday brunch cafe when they just started. Admittedly I’ve not eaten at any of their branches in several years.

First off, the reception must of have a bad day. Quite rough and not welcoming. Group of 3 in a relatively empty dine-in section. Our first plate came 25 mins later, second plate 10 mins later and third plate came 15 mins after the second plate.

Food was cold, old, and borderline spoiled. I’m sure you can tell in the photos. We were not given any salt pepper or other seasoning. My wife drinks was wrong but there was no service to come and change the drink. We pressed the ‘Call’ button at least 20 times and we can hear it rang in the kitchen as we were sitting right behind it. Yet no one came.
