Have been there twice. The food is nice, but the service is horrible! When we were there for the first time, we ordered five dishes. One of the dishes was served wrong and the fifth dish wasn‘t served at all until we have half finished our food and asked for it. Further, there was a button on the table to call a waiter. We have tried using it to call a waiter several times and even heard the bell ringing at the counter. However, they all ignored the bell and nobody ever came to serve us! We had to stop them when they walked by. Where‘s the point of putting those buttons on the table then? We thought that evening was an exception as everybody can have a bad day right? Then we tried a second time. The service got even worse. We asked them not to add sugar in our papaya salade, but it was served with it! We ordered a portion of sticky rice, that we watched them serving to another table right next to us (who had already paid their bill). Then, they wanted to serve us another dish that we didn‘t even order. This was certainly not the first time that we observed the waiters bringing food to a table that wasn’t meant for it. Further, our last dish wasn‘t even served (again!). Finally, we canceled that dish as it wasn‘t even prepared in the kitchen.
