วันนี้จะไปทาน ยืนรอคิวมากกว่าครึ่งชั่วโมง เมื่อถึงคิว รอทำความสะอาดโต๊ะ เกือบจะได้นั่งละ พนักงานก็บอกเราให้เรารอต่อก่อน เพราะ ต้องให้โต๊ะอีกกลุ่ม คนที่เค้าคิวหลุดไปแล้วแต่กลับมาทวงสิทธิ์นั่งก่อน แบบนี้ก็ได้หรอคะ?????

เราก็ยอมไม่ว่าอะไร กลุ่มนั้นก็เข้าไปนั่ง ทั้งๆ ที่โต๊ะนั้นนั่งได้แค่ 6 ที่ แต่เค้ามากัน 8 คน สั่งอาหารอะไรเรียบร้อย แต่พอโต๊ะใหญ่อีกโต๊ะว่างเราและเพื่อนๆก็เตรียมพร้อมจะเข้าไปนั่ง เค้ากลับให้เรารออีก เพื่อให้คนกลุ่มเดิม เน้นกลุ่มเดิม ที่เยอะกว่าเรา ที่นั่งโต๊ะที่เรารอก่อนหน้านี้ย้ายไปนั่งโต๊ะใหญ่นั้น

เราคิดว่าถ้าคุณทำผิดผลาดครั้งแรก คุณก็ควรให้สิทธิ์เรา คนที่รอโดยไม่ได้ผิดอะไร เข้าไปนั่งให้เร็วที่สุด ไม่ใช่บริการแต่กลุ่มคนที่เค้าทำผิดกฏ คิวหลุดไปแล้วตามจริงควรไปต่อคิวใหม่ด้วยซ้ำ คุณเห็นเค้าเป็นผู้ใหญ่ คุณเลยกลัวหรอคะ เห็นเราเป็นวัยรุ่น เลยทำยังไงก็ได้ใช่ไหม?? คิดว่าเราง่าย??

คืออะไรคะ?? มาตรฐานอยู่ตรงไหน??? พนักงานรับคิวก็เอ๋อ และผจก ร้าน มาเป็น ผจก ได้ไงคะ เรียกมาคุย ทำเป็นไม่สนใจ ไปยืนนินทากับพนักงานที่เคาน์เตอร์อีก พอมาก็มายืนหลบหลังพนักงานรับคิว พูดจาเงอะงะๆ ตอบอะไรไม่ได้จัดการไม่ได้ ไม่สมกับเป็น ผจก ค่ะ

ถ้ามาตรฐานไม่ได้ หาพนักงานดีๆไม่ทัน ไม่ต้องมาเปิดร้าน เปิดสาขาใหม่ค่ะ เปิดไปเลยสาขาเดียวทำให้ดี ให้ได้มาตรฐาน ถ้าควบคุมคุณภาพพนักงานและร้านไม่ได้

สรุปไม่กินค่ะ เดินออก จะไม่ไปกินอีกค่ะ แย่ค่ะ เสียความรู้สึกที่สุด!

This branch is bad. (Or maybe every branch) The quality of staff and manager aren’t reach the standard yet! I and my friends waited queue for long time then after reached our queue the staff gave our table to another group that already missed the queue before.

They keep us waiting. And after that another big table is available we almost go to sit. But the staff told us to wait again because need to move that group to the big table because they have more people than us??? What was that right?? So why you don’t tell them to wait and let us sit first because we are fit with that table. You keep us waiting for 2 times and almost 1 hour for that stupid organization!

That’s why i said you are not reach the standard yet. If you can’t control and can’t find the good quality staff yet better don’t open more branch! Or don’t ever open the...

Very long waiting time, only to receive dry sushi which didn’t taste fresh, and a matcha which had clumps in it.

Got a food poisoning as a result. Coming to write a review here, noticed a lot of recent negative comments too, so it is hardly a coincidence. Too bad we didn’t bother to check the reviews first, being under naive impression that if we liked another branch, this one might be good too (spoiler: it’s not). Better...
