Swensen's Samyan Mitrtown — Restaurant in Wang Mai Subdistrict

I visited the shop today, March 18th at 15:25 and sat in the right corner, which is a hidden corner of the shop. When I walked in, a staff member gave me the menu and then I waited. However, after 5 minutes, the people who arrived after me were able to order their desserts with the staff, but I was ignored.

I then decided to walk to the cashier's counter with the menu in my hand and waited for the staff there, but still, no one paid attention to me. Eventually, I had no other choice but to leave and go to the nearby shop called "After You," where I was treated exceptionally well.

I am disappointed with the poor service I received at Swensense and I do not plan to return to...

To our surprise, this outlet of Swensen’s do actually serve 24 hours a day!! Too good to soothe late night cravings. Had a wonderful Birthday surprise there for a friend. The staff is super good. But there was a long queue and we had to wait for our turn. Went there...

I have been a customer here since a grand openning. They open 24 hours with fully excellent service. Especially they have very nice managers who take care customer very well....
