I recently visited Dayilar Turkish kokorec restaurant in Uskudar and I must say it was an amazing experience. The herbs and meat were so tasty that I couldn’t resist ordering more. Uskudar is not very well known by tourists but it’s easily accessible by Marmaray train under the Bosphorus from Eminonu.
