Taretan Resto (Endonezya restorant ve noodle) — Restaurant in Üsküdar

3.5/5 I recently visited the restaurant in Üsküdar, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The location is easy to get to, and the prices were reasonable. The place has a nice and simple ambiance, which added to the comfortable dining experience. I only tried two appetizers, and while the food was good, it was a bit on the oily side. However, the food was served hot, which was great. One thing to note is that Indonesian ketchup is very different from the ketchup we're familiar with—it's unique in its own way. One of the sauces served was hot and flavorful, which I really enjoyed, but I do wish there had been more variety in the sauces.A nice bonus was that there was a cute kitty hanging around. Ordered the Beef Noodles and came back the next day and ordered the same this time around we, tried the Chicken noodles as well thats how good this place is. First time was a dine in and the second was take a way. The noodles had just the right amount ok kick. The right texture and a good mixture of veggies to meat ratio. The price for the portion size cannot be beat. The menu selection is just right not to long and so far everything we have tried is up to par. Superfriendly staff and great environment close to all forms of public transportation or even after a nice evening stroll along the Bosphurus. Definitely a must try and we will be going...

Food was amazing, ramen had a beautiful depth of flavour and the noodles were cooked perfectly, soft but not sloppy, in a brilliant broth, I thoroughly enjoyed! My partner loved the egg and chicken fried noodles and I also enjoyed her leftovers!

Staff were really friendly and helpful and made us feel really welcome but gave us plenty of space.

Can’t speak for the atmosphere as we were the only two in the restaurant at the time which is a shame because it deserves to be busy !! But there was music which wasn’t too loud or over powering and we sat by the window overlooking a lovely courtyard.
