Burger King - Üsküdar Meydan — Restaurant in Üsküdar

I visited this place while on holiday and ordered two ice creams—one with caramel sauce and one with strawberry sauce. Unfortunately, the caramel sauce was finished, which I completely understand. However, the staff member serving me, Ecrin, while clearly capable of explaining this in English, made an inappropriate comment about my inability to speak the local language.

As a visitor, I made every effort to be polite and respectful, and I would expect the same courtesy in return. If the situation were reversed, I’m sure she would also appreciate kindness and understanding while abroad. It’s disappointing to experience this kind of attitude, especially when the issue could have been handled with a bit more professionalism and respect. We ordered several burgers include kid menu with milk for my daughter. First they didn’t give us a toy which included in kid menu. So I asked it and got it. Next, they didn’t give us a pack of milk which included in kid menu. We asked again and cashier said there is no milk that they have. My wife asked “so what? Alternative for milk or refund? Why didn’t mention about this before we asked?” Cashier saw us very ridiculous and said nothing. And a manager came us and said to cashier “get milk!” And she brought a pack of milk which she said none of stock without any apologise. If we didn’t ask toy and milk, we wouldn’t get anything. So please check when you get what you ordered, they will miss something because cashier is soooooo lazy to prepare...

They gave me the wrong burger. Plus it took them forever to complete the order. When I went back to tell them that they made me a beef burger instead of chicken. He said it would take him 20 mins to make my burger but he has another kind of chicken burger that is ready. I thought I went to the fast food place not a sit down dinner kind of a thing.
