Bohem's Coffee — Restaurant in Şişli

Was a nice looking place, was impressed that they offer alternative milks, but they can improve on the barista side of things. Especially considering what they are charging. As a barista myself, I see there’s improvement to be made on both the latte milk and the sizes. The flat white was the same size as a latte and the milk was burnt in both. I understand that customers do complain about coffees being too cold, but instead of burning the milk, it’s much better to heat up the cup with hot water first, if someone is sitting outside for example. The coffee burnt my tongue, and this shouldn’t happen with any latte milk coffees. I was blowing on it for a while before I could drink it and could straight away taste that the milk was burnt. A little training or evaluation can correct this...

This is a neat little coffee shop off Cumhuriyet Cd around 5 minutes north of Taksim Square. They have atmospheric indoor seating with a sort of Ottoman kitsch decor theme as well as outdoor seating. Opening hours are 8am to 10pm daily. We visited after dinner nearby and found them rather full around 8pm midweek. There was a table for two available though so we were seated inside upon arrival.

This unbelievable, unique gem is hidden in one of the best cutest street of Şişli. I have never seen such an amazing decoration and artistic caffe. I am glad that I managed to find this place. This place deserve more than 5 points. Coffee is so delicious. Cakes are so nice. Our barista Emir was one of the best barista you can come across. Very talented and so nice person. He welcomes you with a nice smile and he does great coffee with a smile. Even though I had breakfast at my hotel I visited this little gem every single day.
