Caffè Nero — Restaurant in Şişli

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience at your Osmanbey, Istanbul branch.

On my recent visit with my daughter, she was eating some crackers and a few pieces accidentally fell on the floor. One of your employees approached us and spoke in a very rude and impolite manner, as if blaming my little daughter for this. She is a child, and such behavior felt unnecessary and unkind.

I explained to the employee that I would clean the crumbs once she finished, but the interaction left me feeling very uncomfortable. If children are not welcome in your cafés, then this should be clearly stated to customers — but otherwise, families should be treated with understanding and respect.

Stopped by on a rainy Saturday, and was welcomed by the friendly staff. Great selection of snacks and delicious drinks. I did the iced latte and the signature cheesecake. It was delightful. Busy on a Saturday, especially with the rainy conditions outside, but plenty of space to sit down and it doesn’t feel crowded. I would recommend the espresso for a quick jolt of caffeine!
