Recently, I had the opportunity to speak with one of your customer service representatives over the phone. While I understand that language barriers can be challenging, I wanted to share my experience.

The representative responded in a rather curt manner, stating that she couldn’t speak English. As a potential guest, this interaction left me feeling a bit disheartened. Given your restaurant’s prime location—one that attracts a diverse crowd of locals and tourists—it would be wonderful if there were efforts to accommodate non-Turkish speakers, even during phone conversations.

A warm and friendly tone can make a significant difference. Encouraging your team to be patient and welcoming with callers who may not speak Turkish fluently would enhance the overall impression of your establishment.

As a cake addict.. I can only describe my experience there as mediocre. The cakes look divine.. but at least one this day..I can say that the cakes must have been at least one day old already. Both cakes (different types) that we ordered were dry. The strawberry cake become a dry mess.. there was no way of eating it with a fork. Then there was the staff that was not exactly friendly..and who would not respond to our friendly responses (given in Turkish). Then there was the fact that half of our time there they were carrying things from the truck past us... With noisy trollies and people carrying trays past us spoiling what supposed to have been a nice view over the traffic. Maybe it's better on other days... But on this Saturday..I would not recommend this...

The location good, the place clean, vibes pretty much "istanbul" busy streets, so besides pastry shop, they also sell börek (turkish pastry usually eaten in the morning) and have some seating outside for having tea or coffee.. The waiter Kadir he's so nice even with some language barrier Türkçe - English he come back to replace my chocolate éclair and back regularly to check on my table (without rushing me out of the store kind of thing, you know what I mean). The tea is really great, smell nice, light but depth I think that's how I tasted. The cake design's pretty much the same with others pastry shop but I can assure you the taste is...
