Burger King - Nişantaşı — Restaurant in Şişli

This was by far the worst Burger King experience I’ve ever had. The air conditioning wasn’t working, leaving both staff and guests sweating and uncomfortable. The cola was completely with no fizz at all, the burger arrived cold and crushed, and the fries we like barely cooked not fried . Sauces were served late and service overall was slow. Although the staff tried their best, it’s clear the current manager is struggling to run the place efficiently. This branch urgently needs proper management and functioning air...

Extremely disappointed with Burger King's service and their ‘manager’.

Our delivery was not only late but the food arrived cold. To make matters worse, the burgers were missing cheese, the 'nuggets' were cold, and the fries seemed undercooked. Upon notifying Burger King, instead of an apology, we were accused of lying about our address. They even took back the cold food without any attempt to make amends. Absolutely unacceptable. Never ordering from them again in Turkey.

I had a terrible experience at Burger King in Nişantaşı. The employee handed me a sundae with milkshake spilling down the sides from her hand, which was extremely unhygienic. She insisted I try it, saying it 'tastes good,' which I found very hypocritical given the mess. When I asked for a replacement, she gave me barely half a cup of ice cream.
