One star because of service, but the food is great as usual. Here at this mall City's Nisantasi, the atmosphere is cool. It's in the Mahalle floor where lots of eateries are all together in one hall. If you want quiet and not crowded, I don't think this is the place. But if you don't mind a hustling kind of "market" feel, which we don't mind, this is great. Now, I just want to comment on one staff member here who was extremely ridiculous and quite rude. My wife and I had lunch here on 23 Nov, around 3:30pm. There were several people who served us, so it's hard to distinguish who it was. One female server spoke English, and she was the first one who took our order. Another male server spoke English but he didn't really serve us, he just came when we asked for the check. But the female server who was shorter and thinner who didn't speak English seated us in the beginning and in the middle had a very bad attitude. My wife and I ordered two dishes (beef ramen and stir-fry teriyaki noodles). We wanted to share it, so we asked for an empty dish and bowl. They brought it to us at first. When my wife started to put some of her ramen noodles into the empty bowl for me, she realized that it was made with chicken, not beef. So she commented and they took it back immediately to correct the dish. They also took back the smaller bowl which she started to use to put some noodles for me. When the correct beef ramen came, they didn't bring another empty bowl. We still wanted to share, so we tried to get a server. Nobody came, so my wife got up, walked toward the kitchen and asked a server if she can have another empty bowl. The female server very rudely said she cannot give one, because we already dirtied up the previous bowl. My wife was flabbergasted. She couldn't believe it. She asked to see a manger and the server said there is no manager. What kind of restaurant cannot give an empty side bowl for their customer if they ask? My wife said, "What??? You can't give me an empty side bowl?" She replied, "We don't do that." This server should not be working here. She needs to be trained how to treat her customers. We didn't speak Turkish too well, so maybe she discriminated against us, or looked down on us. She eventually brought a bowl, but she was very rude and didn't apologize or try to be friendly to us at all. Please I ask the management to deal...

Read moreWagamama Nişantaşı: A Solid Option, but Not a Standout I had high hopes for Wagamama in Nişantaşı, but my ramen experience fell short of expectations. While the ingredients were undoubtedly fresh and high-quality, the overall flavor profile was somewhat underwhelming. I opted for a spicy chicken ramen, sans onions, but perhaps I should have tried a different dish like katsu. The broth wasn't as flavorful, with a good kick of heat, but the chicken lacked character. The addition of sprouts and chili added some visual appeal, but didn't significantly elevate the taste. While the ramen was certainly edible, it wasn't the exceptional experience I had hoped for. For a similar price point, there are other options in the city that offer comparable quality and perhaps a more memorable dining experience. Note: While I didn't personally try the nigari or sashimi, I observed that they looked visually appealing. If you're interested in those dishes, they might be worth exploring. Service: The waiter was friendly and attentive, and spoke some English. However, it's worth noting that Wagamama adds a service fee, which is a bit surprising given the restaurant's price point. Overall, Wagamama Nişantaşı is a decent choice for a quick and casual meal, but it may not be the best option for those seeking a truly memorable...
