Burger King - Taksim Meydan — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

Unfortunately we had bad experience with cashiers , we ordered 6 chicken royal , 2 king beef xl , 1 whooper

we came here for vacation in Istanbul and we come to burger king to have dinner 1-cashier is young man ( i think he is under 18 ) and he have no experience and poorly trained with big orders So we pay first through card he say system problem and later the manager come and i put my code again i told him that I already paid I explained to the manager so no response until my cousin talk with him in Turkish language he told to come tomorrow to solve the issue !!!!!! So i will come tomorrow to solve and pay back my money because i paid double 2- they give one beef sandwich instead chicken royal wrong and they gave all original cola even I ordered 2 zero cola !!! Chicken menu have only one from 5 items 3-their order kiosk machine is not working! International fast food brands like MAC install these machines to avoid human mistakes that what happen to me and i paid double price 4-they have beautiful outdoor balcony can see taksim meydan And the open after midnight

Finally i hope i get my money back otherwise i will inform...

I had one of the worst experiences at this restaurant. First, I ordered my meal and waited around 30 minutes. Since I didn’t hear my number, I went to check and showed them my receipt. They barely acknowledged me, didn’t speak English, and just gave me looks. Later I found out they don’t even bother to call numbers in English.

After waiting for a full hour, I showed them my receipt again with the time, and only then did they admit it was their mistake. Still, I had to wait another 15 minutes before finally getting my food. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sauces. When I politely told them it was wrong, they refused to change it and didn’t even bother to apologize.

Unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude staff. Definitely not worth the time or...

The place is very beautifiul with industrial decoration. There are so many tables inside and outdoor for all seasons. In weekdays and weekends you can find table easily. The service is very very good and all the stuff is very polite. The restaurant is soecialised in burgers. I have tried several places in Istanbul and king burgers are good and tasty. You can choose from a big variety of burger that fit almost all customer needs. There is an option to upgrade the burger to a king burger for a small amount of money. Burgers are coming with a unique style chips. They also offer a basket of chicken burger and beef burger which are very good and economy. I reccomend everyone to visit Burger King!!!
