Very rude staff they don’t have the manners when they serve tourists or even customers. I went today to discover this place and one of the staff was an angry blond lady who wasn’t patient to give me the chance to pick one of my favourite ice cream flavour, she just threw the spoon with a really rude and angry behaviour 👎🏻. I love ice creams but I won’t go again to this place and I don’t recommend it. The fact they don’t speak English doesn’t matter unless they treat customers with kindness and respect. I would give the Employer an advice to keep up your shop’s reputation, you should provide some customers service training courses to your staff and teach them how to treat and...

Worst Experience Ever ! I went there once and It will for sure be my last. A female staff (I think her name was Yesim) there didnt respect anyone and looked down at people , she was shouting and screaming in the morning for no reason. I even reported her but she didn't care and even talked back at her colleague. Zero respect for customers!
