I recently had the pleasure of visiting Factory.karaköy café and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere of the café is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a delicious treat.

I had the opportunity to try their brownies and chocolate ball, and they were absolutely divine. The brownies were rich, fudgy, and had the perfect balance of sweetness. Each bite was a heavenly chocolate explosion that left me wanting more. As for the almond chocolate ball, it was moist, fluffy, and had a delightful nutty flavor that complemented the chocolate perfectly.

The attention to detail and the quality of the desserts at Factory karaköy Café are truly commendable. I visited this charming place and it was a delightful experience. The croissant with the garnish was incredibly delicious. You can choose from two types of sauces and three types of garnishes, including strawberries, bananas, and a mix of ground nuts or candies. It was super tasty!

There's another floor upstairs, but I preferred staying in the open area downstairs, enjoying the beautiful view of the street and nearby restaurants. However, I'd rate the service 3/5 because the staff were quite serious and never smiled. I believe smiling can greatly enhance the atmosphere, but perhaps it's just a cultural difference in Turkey.

One more thing prices are a bit exaggerated. The piece as in the photo cost 240 tl ... I paid 420 for this croissant + 2...

I saw this place on TikTok and went directly to the restaurant with excitement! Factory Karaköy is located in the central "touristic" area of Karaköy and was not hard to find at all. The service is self-service, where you get to choose the ingredients and watch them make your dessert. You can either dine in or get a takeaway. The dessert was a solid 10/10, no kidding.
