Taebaek Restaurant — Restaurant in Beyoğlu

It seems like the restaurant is for group tour people only (korean tourists). So if you are visiting the restaurant as a family or individual, you might not get the full service or the same service. We ordered spicy korean beef soup (육개장) which had 3 pieces of tiny beef per soup with alot of oninons ( it looked like onion soup). Banchans (side dishes) were bland. A packed CUP of water which is the same size that is provided from airplane was about 1 euro. Not sure how common for service charge for restaurant in Tukey, but 10% of service charge was automatically charged. I have been so many korean restaurants in Europe but this restaurant is the worst so far. It is not worth the price. I feel like korean instant noodle tastes better than the restaurant food...

We really wanted korean food after all the Turkish food, assuming food are usually halal in Turki but that's not the case. We checked with the staffs who confirmed the meat are not halal so we opted for the vegetarian ones. The pajeon was good but a bit bland. The doenjang jiggae didnt taste very good and the tteokbokki was overcooked. Kimchi fried rice was alright. The picture below is all we ordered and it cost...

I bought kimchi and pork at this restaurant. The price was reasonable. I kindly request the manager and staff to take good care of personal guests and show warm hospitality. The food(Donjang gigae & Samgyusal) was acceptable. While the price may seem slightly high, it is reasonable considering the restaurant is located in a tourist area...
