Konak resturant &sırageceleri — Restaurant in Eyyübiye

Foreign tourists be careful. I think this restaurant cheats. I’m a single traveler. I went to there for lunch last Sunday .I had four kebabs, one yogurt drink, one salad, one water. They charged me 1490 TL. The most expensive meal I’ve had in Turkey. Definitely not normal for Turkish food price. Watch out. I hate business cheat.

Update: The owner replied say I wrote review of a wrong restaurant. I did not. I was the single female traveler come to the restaurant for a late lunch the past Sunday. I was hungry. I had four kebabs, one yogurt drink, one water. One salad. I was shocked by the bill. After I paid, I still confused about why the bill was so expensive. I came back to check. The owner said I ate four kebabs. Each kebabs was about 300Tl-350TL. I had my hotel reception called the restaurant as well. The restaurant said it’s their price. So each kebab cost $10 USD???? Ridiculous. The owner was definitely cheating!!!!

We did a walk in for lunch after traveling in the morning. It was exactly what we needed. Great food good service, air conditioned setting. The staff was patient with our language barriers. The food was fresh, hot, good presentation, good portions very satisfying. Halil, one of our servers took time to have a google translate conversation with us that was very nice, he’s a good guy. We plan to go back tomorrow night for dinner and live music. You should check this place...

We arrived late to Urfa and were looking for a possibility to still grab dinner. The place was just around the corner so we decided to try it out.
