⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Asia Lounge, and I must say, their Fish Curry took my taste buds on an unforgettable journey to the heart of Bangladesh! I’m The aroma alone was enough to whet my appetite, and as soon as I took my first bite, I was transported to a world of sensational flavors. The Fish Curry was an exquisite blend of perfectly cooked fish, swimming in a rich and luscious gravy that had just the right balance of spices. Each bite was a delightful explosion of taste, with the tanginess of tamarind, the subtle heat of chili, and the earthiness of cumin and coriander dancing harmoniously on my palate. The texture of the fish was spot-on; tender, succulent, and soaking up all the incredible flavors of the curry. The dishes have known names, but cooking style does not match. Chicken Karahi has large pieces of tomatoes, onions and bell pepper, which makes it more of a chicken masala. Chicken used is bbq boneless chicken whipped in masala. The spices may shield the chicken, but do not make it chicken Karahi. Also ordered mixed vegetables and it also tasted same as chicken Karahi spices. This makes the cook not aware of cooking styles are different for meat vs. vegetables. Poor tourists may not understand the differences, but those who know the flavors and ingredients do understand. So I would not call this place as any authentic Pakistani/ Indian/ bangla food. The breads are good, so plus points there. The decor is good, but the place has no windows but only a large glass front, so no ventilation or any fresh air circulation. We witnessed a bangla bearded customer excessively on speaker phone while dinning. This makes it so disrespectful for other customers.
