The service was traumatic to say the least. I was with my 8 month old baby in a stroller looking to get a simple coffee. I asked for a place to sit with a charger. They told me to use the elevator to go upstairs as the seats had chargers next to them. No one told me the elevators did not work coming back down. I realized this while about to leave and started asking for help. They kept saying THIS IS SELF SERVICE YHIS IS SELF SERVICE. and I kept yelling I NEED YOUR HELP, THE LIFT IS NOT WORKING. I CANT COME DOWN - I DONT NEED SERVICE. They literally just ignored me or kept saying that this is self-service. I kept pleading I just need you to help me get me and my baby down please (he was not willing to be out of his stroller and it was a bad evening) no help. I said I would have to call the police to help. The entire staff literally told me to do whatever I wanted and no one came to help. A kind customer came to help 10 minutes later with her father to get my baby and me down through the stairs with his stroller. It was a horrific horrific experience. I never review things as I think opinions can be subjective but I really needed to review this place so people know what a terrible terrible experience this...

We spent ₺82 on a medium flat white, a mint & lemon drink and an an ice-cream dessert - all good quality and decent value. Plenty of tables up stairs.

Would be 5* but marks off for forgetting 2/3 of our order, then after saying they were on it, then forgetting 1/3 of our order, agreeing to put my flat white coffee in a china cup, but then giving me an Americano in a paper cup. All whilst standing waiting whilst they fulfilled orders for people who came after me - orders should be dealt with in the order they are received - but they don't have a good system for that - all the tickets are placed loose on the surface in front of the staff and they are moved around in a haphazard easy

My wife was waiting at our table whilst I ended up spending about 15 minutes at the till until they got my order right. Not a good experience. I noticed that they have a lot of people behind the till (rather than helping out front) and they look organised, but they are not. Some of the employees are rude, careless and literally give you side eye. One of the employee a brunette girl, didn’t even give me space to get straws even though I said sorry can I, twice. All I wanted was just two iced coffee. My mother tongue is Turkish and can understand what they talk about. I felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed by the behaviour of some employees because I had a guest with me showing around, even though I was extremely kind. We also got the wrong order. We asked for iced coffee latte with pistachio but we got a pistachio milkshake instead, without coffee in it. And I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn’t even ask...
