Can't believe that we visited here 3 times while we were in Istanbul for 6 nights!

The products were professionally and attractively displayed in the showcase and shelves. Once you entered the store, you can groove yourself with the vibrant atmosphere, every staffs greet you with smile and offer their assistant to you.

3 nights we all sat on the 2nd floor, and we had same waiter who serves us, he could even remember what we had ordered the previous night. So by the 3rd time when we were there, he knew what drinks we would order😁

We have tried the Maras Ice Cream in Dubai Mall and it was phenomenal! They told us there that the ice cream is flown in from Turkey so we tried this branch and what a disaster!

When we entered a lovely man offered us a baklava on the house and he was the only positive thing about this place!

The rice pudding was sour. The ice cream had 0 flavour - completely unlike the one from Dubai.

We also heard Mr Enes telling a younger staff member who accidentally told the kitchen staff the wrong coffee order for a customer to “just take it to them they won’t have a clue”.
