Loti Bistro is more like a high end restaurant. Soothing jazz music as the backdrop. Situated in the middle of the buzzing streets packed with people. If you like you can watch football from various big screens. The weather is absolutely beautiful and the convertible roof has been withdrawn so you have a fresh breath of air carasing you while you enjoy the perfect cooked meal. Additionally there is a rooftop lounge that you can see when you look up. At first I ordered a green salad garnished with graded cheese and drisseled with oil. After this a glass of rose' and vitamin steak with French fries Turkish flat bread. Don't let the name fool you. The steak tender loin was so tender that I hardly had to chew. On top of the steak the cook has placed 3 large whole shrimps in butter sauce. Amazingly well done. The combo was surprisingly good. The service through out was perfect.
